How do I set up parental controls?
Open Settings → Parent Mode in the app and choose what tasks, content, and features your child can access. Parents stay in control of everything kids see.
Does the app need internet?
No. You're Grounded! works fully offline. Internet is only needed for App Store subscription management — gameplay never requires a connection.
What's the difference between Classic Mode and Premium?
Classic Mode is completely free with unlimited access to the core game. Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional content and customization. Current pricing is shown in the App Store before you subscribe.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions, then choose You're Grounded! and cancel.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the You're Grounded! purchase.
