You're Grounded! is licensed under Apple's Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using You're Grounded!, you agree to its terms. You can read the full agreement here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using You're Grounded! (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. A parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on behalf of any minor user.
2. Description of Service
You're Grounded! is a parent-controlled iOS game that turns everyday tasks and good behavior into an engaging experience for kids. The App carries an App Store age rating of 4+ and is designed for children ages 5–12 with parental supervision. The App works fully offline.
3. Eligibility & Parental Consent
You're Grounded! is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian must review these Terms and authorize any subscription purchase. If a user is under 13, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on their behalf.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
You're Grounded! offers a free Classic Mode with unlimited access, plus an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription available as a monthly or yearly plan. Current pricing is shown in the App Store before you subscribe. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Prices are subject to change; any change will be communicated in advance.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of You're Grounded!, redistribute or resell the App or its content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App in any way that violates applicable law or interferes with other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in You're Grounded! — including but not limited to characters, scenarios, artwork, animations, sounds, music, text, and code — is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
You're Grounded! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of You're Grounded! after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
