What is Math Claw?
Math Claw is a 3D arcade-style claw-machine game that makes arithmetic practice fun for kids ages 4 and up. Children solve math problems to guide a claw and collect bears inside the machine.
How much does it cost?
Math Claw is free to play with a daily limit of 5 problems per day. For unlimited play, an optional subscription is available: $0.99/month or $7.99/year. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Math Claw → Cancel Subscription. You can also tap 'Manage Subscription' inside Math Claw, which takes you to the same page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Math Claw → Settings → Subscription → 'Restore Purchases'. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, your subscription will be restored.
Why is my free-question counter not resetting?
The counter resets at midnight in your device's local time zone. If you recently changed time zones or your device clock, try closing and reopening the app. If it still doesn't reset, contact us.
Can I choose which math operations my child practices?
Yes. In Settings → Operations, you can enable or disable Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division independently. At least one operation must be enabled.
Can I change the difficulty?
Yes. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced difficulties are selectable from the Home screen or Settings. Difficulty controls the number range and complexity of problems.
How do I delete my data from the app?
Math Claw stores all data locally on your device. To delete it, go to Settings → 'Delete All Data'. Alternatively, deleting the app from your device removes all stored data.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us (see below) with your device model, iOS version, Math Claw version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots or a short screen recording help enormously.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Math Claw subscription to request a refund.
