By accessing or using Tutati, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. Tutati is operated by AI Conveyor Inc.
Tutati is a live streaming platform that allows users to broadcast short-form video content in a rotating queue format. Each user receives a limited time slot to broadcast to viewers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tutati. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You must create an account to use certain features of Tutati. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
AI Conveyor Inc. grants you a non-transferable license to use the Tutati application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the application may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
You retain ownership of content you create and share on Tutati. By posting or broadcasting content, you grant AI Conveyor Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, distribute, and promote your content within and in connection with the Tutati service, including via third-party infrastructure used to deliver the service.
Tutati has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not broadcast, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, nor may you harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.
We will remove violating content and eject abusive users within 24 hours of receiving a verified report. Tutati provides in-app tools to report objectionable content or abusive users and to block users from interacting with you. To report content or a user, use the in-app Report button or contact us at the email below.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. This license and your right to use the application terminate automatically upon any material breach of these Terms, and you must cease all use of the application upon termination.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review the Privacy Policy below to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Tutati you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tutati and the application are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. AI Conveyor Inc. disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Conveyor Inc., its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Tutati service. In no event shall the aggregate liability of AI Conveyor Inc. for all damages exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you have paid to AI Conveyor Inc. in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, whichever is greater. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if AI Conveyor Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and AI Conveyor Inc. only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). AI Conveyor Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for the Tutati application and its content.
AI Conveyor Inc. is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the application, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the application.
AI Conveyor Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed in these Terms. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the application (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application.
AI Conveyor Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the application or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation, and any other claims arising out of the application.
In the event of any third-party claim that the application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, AI Conveyor Inc., not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
Your use of the Tutati application may also be subject to the terms of service or end-user agreements of third parties whose products or services are accessed through or incorporated into the application, including but not limited to mobile network operators, application platform providers such as Apple, and infrastructure providers such as Google Firebase and LiveKit. You agree to comply with all such applicable third-party terms when using the application.
You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

At Tutati, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how AI Conveyor Inc. ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Tutati application.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile photo.
Camera and Microphone: When you broadcast, the application accesses your device camera and microphone to capture your live video and audio. Access is requested only when you actively join the broadcast queue.
Live Broadcast Content: The video and audio you broadcast are transmitted to viewers in real time via our streaming infrastructure provider. Broadcasts are not recorded by Tutati for later replay.
Chat Messages and Reactions: Messages, reactions, and other interactions you send during streams are stored to deliver the service.
Queue and Interaction History: We log queue joins, broadcast turns, no-shows, follows, likes, and blocks to operate the rotating-queue feature and maintain service integrity.
Push Notification Tokens: If you grant notification permission, we store a device push token so we can notify you when your broadcast turn is approaching or another user interacts with you.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use Tutati, including your interactions, time spent in the app, and feature usage.
Device Information: We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, and app version for analytics and troubleshooting.
Because Tutati is a social broadcasting platform, some data is visible to other users by design:
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage; these services may transfer and process data on infrastructure located outside your country, including the United States.
We share user data with the following third-party service providers. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy, which provides protection at least equivalent to ours:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, broadcast history, chat messages, and reactions from our active systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days. Reports and trust-and-safety logs may be retained longer where required to operate the service or comply with legal obligations. Aggregated or anonymized data, which cannot be linked back to you, may be retained indefinitely.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app: open Settings and tap "Delete Account". Deletion takes effect immediately; the cleanup of backups completes within 90 days as described in the Data Retention section. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected].
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, and object to processing of your personal data. Our lawful bases for processing are (a) your consent (for optional features and camera/microphone access), (b) the performance of our contract with you (to operate your account and broadcasts), and (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States via our cloud providers; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where applicable.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. AI Conveyor Inc. does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Tutati is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice within the application.
