Math Claw — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Math Claw application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. A parent or guardian must accept these Terms on behalf of any minor user.

2. Description of Service

Math Claw is a 3D arcade-style claw-machine game that helps children ages 4 and up practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Players solve math problems to control a claw and collect bears inside the machine.

3. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Math Claw is designed for children ages 4 and older. A parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and authorize any subscription purchase. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Math Claw offers a free tier (a limited number of problems per day) and optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly subscription: $0.99 USD / month
• Yearly subscription: $7.99 USD / year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Prices are subject to change; any change will be communicated in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Math Claw, nor use the App in a way that violates applicable law or interferes with other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Math Claw — including graphics, sounds, music, game mechanics, and code — is the property of the developer and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Math Claw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of Math Claw after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
