Apple Standard EULA
ChromaZen is licensed under Apple's Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using ChromaZen, you agree to its terms. You can read the full agreement here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ChromaZen application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and Apple's Standard EULA referenced above. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ChromaZen is an offline coloring app featuring AI-generated mandala and zen-style coloring pages, ambient sound palettes, and a sleep timer for relaxation and mindfulness. The app runs locally on your device and does not require an internet connection for coloring.
3. Eligibility
ChromaZen is intended for general audiences ages 13 and older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
ChromaZen offers a free tier and optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Pricing and any introductory offer details are shown in-app at the time of purchase and on the App Store listing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices may change from time to time; any change will be communicated in advance through the App Store.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of ChromaZen, nor use the App in a way that violates applicable law or interferes with other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in ChromaZen — including mandalas, graphics, sounds, and code — is the property of the developer and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ChromaZen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of ChromaZen after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
